Important Check-In Information Just a heads-up! This is an apartment complex, so the check-in process has a few more steps than a typical house, where it might only take around 5 minutes. I’ve outlined everything clearly to make it as smooth as possible, but it will take around 18 minutes to complete. If you’re comfortable following the easy steps and instructions, I’m excited to host you! However, if you’re looking for something super quick and simple, this place might not be the best fit. To help you prepare, I’ve outlined all the details under the “Other Things to Know” section of my listing. Please take a look before booking so you know exactly what to expect. Please Note The pool will be closed for renovations from September 29 – November 21, 2025. Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with some noise expected September 29–October 1. Guest access All check in details will be provided to you, please be sure to stay in contact with us in order to give you all the necessary details. Kindly note you must have communication via text or call. We would be sharing all check in details via Whats App up or text and we must be able to reach you if needed during the stay and day of check in. Email would not be an option for communication. Thank you in advance! Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay Please be aware that periodic safety inspections conducted by the building may trigger alarms or require access to the apartment. Should this occur during your stay, I will promptly inform you to ensure minimal disruption. Transparency is my priority to ensure you feel secure and welcomed. Please Note: We do not provide coffee, coffee filters, sugar, tea, oil, salt, or pepper. If you would like to cook or enjoy a cup of coffee, please bring these items with you. What we do provide: • Pots and pans • Cooking utensils • Stove • Full kitchen • Coffee machine Pool and Common Area Usage: In the event of scheduled resident events in the pool or common areas, these spaces will be inaccessible to guests. For any queries, don’t hesitate to reach out to me or my assistants. Swimming Pool Access: Enjoy access to the pool during your stay. Remember to bring your own pool towels, as these are not provided. Please note that pool access is subject to availability and may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to provide all amenities to our guest, certain situations may arise that are beyond our control. Please note that this does not provide grounds for refunds due to these issues. Extra Key and Garage Access: If you require an additional key, please request one. Note that only one garage remote is provided per stay. An extra key requires a $150 deposit, refundable at checkout. Balcony and Security: The balcony in this unit is not available for use. For security purposes, a camera is installed on the balcony to monitor only this area, and it must remain in place. Air Conditioning Policy: We strive to maintain a comfortable and sustainable environment for all guests. You are welcome to use the air conditioning and adjust it to your comfort level. However, please note the following guidelines: • Do not run the AC when you are not in the apartment. • Avoid setting the temperature below 70°F to prevent excessive strain on the system. We kindly ask that you use the AC responsibly and appropriately. These measures ensure the unit remains functional and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation! Noise Monitoring: To maintain a peaceful environment for all, a noise monitoring device is installed in the kitchen. This device monitors noise levels and does not record or eavesdrop on conversations. Please do not tamper with this device and keep noise to a considerate level. Important Note About the Kitchen Sink: Please do not throw any food, trash, or debris into the kitchen sink or garbage disposal. The disposal is not designed to handle large food scraps or waste. Only small food particles from rinsing dishes are acceptable. No trash, grease, peels, rice, pasta, or any solid food should ever be put into the sink. Even though it’s called a “garbage disposal,” it does not mean you can throw garbage into it. Clogging the sink causes delays and requires emergency service, for which you will be charged if it occurs during your stay. Please dispose of all trash and food scraps in the trash can, not the sink. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation. Check-In & Check-Out Note: Check-In: 1. Key Collection: Begin by collecting the keys from the designated KeyCafe Lockbox located nearby (2 blocks, 0.5 miles, a 3-minute drive or a 12-minute walk). 2. Parking Details: Parking is available for our guests. However, the parking transponder does not fit inside the KeyCafe lockbox due to its size. Once you enter the apartment (approximately 5 minutes to access), you will find the parking transponder inside. After retrieving it, head to the parking garage, which should take another 5 minutes to park your vehicle. 3. Entering the Apartment: Once you’ve parked, use the elevators to get back to the apartment. It will take about 5 minutes to get from the garage to the apartment. For easier navigation, please follow the detailed videos provided, as the property is quite large. 4. Day-of Details: Specific details for parking and the full check-in process will be shared on the day of your arrival. Total Estimated Time: From key pick-up to getting settled in the apartment, the process should take approximately 18 minutes. Check-Out: 1. Leaving the Parking Garage: When checking out, please first take your car out of the parking garage. 2. Return the Parking Transponder: Once the car is parked outside, return to the apartment on foot and leave the parking transponder inside the apartment (approximately 5 minutes to access and return). 3. Return the Keys: After leaving the transponder, walk or drive to the KeyCafe Lockbox at the Gym to return the keys. This must be done before 11 AM, the official check-out time. The KeyCafe is a 3-minute drive or a 12-minute walk from the property. After reading this please let me know “I read all the self check in steps.” To confirm you have reviewed my listing. Reservation Modification Policy: For clarity, please note our policy on reservation changes. You have a 48-hour window from the time of booking to modify your reservation dates. After this period, you may extend your stay by adding dates if available. However, it is not possible to reduce or cancel any previously booked dates. Registration Details Exempt
