The two bedrooms have their own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, indoor living room with television and an outdoor living room opening onto a charming garden with outdoor shower and bbq. The living room has a television with CANAL SAT and a Bose sound system with bluetooth. The terrace overlooking the garden consists of a pleasant outdoor lounge, a small table, a barbecue and an deck shower. You will also find on the ground floor a WC and a laundry room with accessible washing and drying machines, as well as an iron and an ironing board. The two bedrooms are located upstairs. Each has a king size bed with its private bathroom with toilet, double sinks and an italian shower; as well as a large wardrobe with safe. Bedroom 1 has a small office; while bedroom 2 has a large chest of drawers and a balcony with a view on Lorient surf spot. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, an American refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, kettle, glasses, cutlery, ... The villa is fully air conditioned, perfectly soundproofed and with a good WIFI connexion. On your arrival, you will find basic necessities there: water, coffee, tea, shower gel, shampoo... Pick-up from the airport or ferry is available on request. Sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
