FUJI AND LAKE KAWAGUCHI --- GENERAL INFORMATION --- This apartment is part of a six-room building, located on the first floor, second from the left. Surrounded by nature, the area offers a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking starry skies at night. The building has a charming wooden structure, and some sounds from the second floor may be audible. If you have any concerns, we will address them promptly. --- MT. FUJI PHOTO SPOT --- On the second floor, there is a fantastic photo spot with a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji. Don’t forget to take some memorable photos during your stay! --- ACCESS AND TRANSPORTATION --- The path to the property has limited streetlights, and the road narrows as you approach. The entrance is a gravel path, which may be challenging for heavy suitcases. On rainy days or with heavy luggage, we recommend taking a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station (fare approximately 600 yen). --- FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN --- ・One child aged 2 or younger can stay free with each paying adult if sharing the same bed (no additional bedding, towels, or amenities provided). ・Children aged 2 or older will be charged the same rate as adults. ・Linens and amenities are not provided for co-sleeping children, so please bring your own. Fuji, the peaceful environment, and stunning starry skies! Guest access --- GUEST ACCESS --- ● About 3Tomae The 3Tomae unit is entirely reserved for your private use. You can enjoy the room and its amenities freely during your stay. Please refrain from taking any items or amenities outside the property. ● Shower Room, Washbasin, and Washing Machine These facilities are located in the far-right room of the building when viewed from the front. Unlock the door to enter, and you will find the washbasin area on your right. The shower room and washing machine inside are exclusively for 103 guests. Note: The entrance to the shower area is shared with other guests, but the two additional shower rooms in the same area are reserved for other units and should not be used. ● Mt. Fuji Photo Spot Step outside your unit and head to the black staircase on your right. Climb to the second floor to find a small window with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. It’s an ideal spot to capture memorable photos during your stay! Other things to note --- LUGGAGE STORAGE BEFORE CHECK-IN --- ・Free Storage: Luggage can be stored for free starting from 12:00 PM. Please take any valuables with you. ・Early Check-in: Using the room from 12:00 PM onward is considered early check-in and will incur a fee of 1,500 JPY per hour. ・Prior notification is required for luggage storage. --- LUGGAGE STORAGE AFTER CHECK-OUT --- ・Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available after check-out. ・Please use the coin lockers at the station if needed. --- HOUSE RULES --- ・No Shoes Indoors: Shoes must be removed before entering the room. ・No Open Flames: Fireworks and bonfires are prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area. ・Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please keep noise levels to a minimum. The terrace is available until 9:00 PM. ・Cleaning: Cleaning services are not provided during your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Trash disposal is free of charge. ・Prohibited Activities: Karaoke, musical instruments, loud noise, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. If complaints are received, guests may be asked to leave without a refund. ・Handling of Equipment: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of items (including futons and linens).
