The space ▶Room Details This renovated traditional Japanese "kominka" (old folk house), originally a tailor shop (men's clothing), is over 100 years old. It features a spacious open-plan layout that comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The kitchen, toilet, and shower room were all newly renovated in 2024, offering clean and modern facilities. In winter, guests can enjoy the ambiance of a wood-burning stove. ▶ Important Notes ・As it is an old building, some areas, especially certain rooms, have lower ceilings and lintels compared to modern houses. You can find most groceries and alcoholic beverages, but please note that your preferred items may not always be available. Please be mindful of your head, especially if you are tall. ・As our property is located in a quiet residential area, we kindly ask guests to refrain from loud gatherings or parties, especially late at night. ▶Location ・Our inn is located in a peaceful provincial town, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. ・Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. ・The road in front of the parking lot can experience heavy traffic at certain times of the day. ・Within walking distance is a popular local mid-sized supermarket, allowing you to experience the daily life of the townspeople. ▶House Manual Please read the house manual provided upon check-in. ▶Check-in Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please avoid checking in after 9:00 PM as our neighborhood is quiet. ※Early check-in is available from 2:00 PM. (Fee: ¥1,000 per person) ▶Check-out Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A cleaning fee of ¥2,000 will be charged for every 15 minutes past the check-out time. Smoking ▶Pet Companionship Guidelines: ・Your dog must be fully toilet trained. ・Your dog must be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention. ・Your dog must have received all necessary vaccinations. (Verification may be required) Pet Fee: ・Small dogs: ¥4,000 per day. ・Medium and large dogs: ¥4,000 per day. Please inform us of your dog's breed so we can confirm the correct fee. ・Please bring your dog's food, bed, crate, toilet supplies, and any other necessary items. ・To minimize shedding, please have your dog wear pet clothing or a manner belt while indoors. ・You will be responsible for the actual cost of repairs for any damage caused by your dog, such as soiling, chewing, or scratching. ・Please keep your dog on a leash while in the garden to prevent them from entering neighboring properties or getting lost, as our property is not fully fenced. ▶Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including the entrance and parking area. This includes electronic cigarettes. ▶For guests staying multiple nights: Towels and bed linens are not changed during your stay. Please use the washing machine. Cleaning services are not provided during your stay. Please let us know if you would like us to collect your garbage. ▶Regarding insects: Due to the surrounding greenery, there may be insects. Please take necessary precautions. Although we have taken measures to prevent insects, they may enter through open doors or windows. If you are highly sensitive to insects, please refrain from staying. ▶Security cameras For safety reasons, we have installed a security camera at the entrance as required by local regulations. ▶Other rules Please comply with the following rules. Violators may be charged a fee. 1. if you use the room inappropriately and make the room too dirty, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. 2. if equipment is found to be lost or damaged, we may charge a fee. Only guests who have submitted a guest list in accordance with Japanese law may stay at the hotel. If you have not submitted the guest list, please cancel your reservation for your own convenience. We ask for your cooperation in complying with the law. 4. If the number of guests is confirmed to be more than the number of guests requested, an additional charge of 10,000 yen per guest will be made. (We will check the number of guests by the security camera in front of the entrance.) Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Smoking is completely prohibited, including smoking inside the rooms, at the entrance, and in the parking lot. 7. We will charge for disposing of suitcases and large garbage. No parties or noisy activities are permitted. In the unlikely event of noise or complaints from neighbors, we regret to inform the police. In such cases, please understand that we will need to provide information such as the reservation holder's ID card. 9. Cancellation of reservations after schedule changes will not be accepted. ▶Check-in procedures As our property is unstaffed, we will send you a check-in guide with the entrance code a few days before your arrival. While self-check-in is possible, we recommend checking in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM so we can provide you with information about the property and the local area.
