Just 4 blocks walk to Surfside beach, our home is close to Bal Harbour Shops offers a peaceful, safe and relaxing way to enjoy Miami. The house is fully renovated with spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen and dining room, comfortable living room, den and office area. The luscious garden also has several tables, outside shower and tub plus a fire pit. Also EV charging, crib, highchair for kids, beach chairs and umbrella. Surfside town is a few blocks walk away with great restaurants and shops. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for guests. There are 2 rooms with queen size beds and one room with 2 twin beds. One of the queen bedrooms has an ensuite bath, the other bedrooms share a bathroom. Other things to note This is our home when we are not traveling. We have locked our master bed/bath but you have access to the rest of the house which includes kitchen, living room , den, office, laundry room and ofcourse the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! You also have a beautiful garden with outdoor shower/tub and 2 patios.
