However, a small laundry room is available on the 2nd floor of the building. For larger loads or additional convenience, a laundromat is located just around the corner on 73rd Street. ➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home. ➤ Parking is not available on-site. Guests may park in the community lot located at the corner of 73rd Street and Collins Avenue or on the street. Street parking requires payment via the designated parking app. Other things to note ➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender.
