The space The apartment, about 50 square meters, consists of: - Living room with open kitchen, characterized by a large floor-to-ceiling window that provides great brightness. The room is functionally and cozily furnished, with a comfortable sofa, an armchair that can be converted into a single bed, and a dining table with four chairs. - Double room, also bright, equipped with a queen-size bed and large wardrobes, designed to offer space and order even in the longest stays. - A modern and well-designed bathroom with a window and shower. - The kitchen is fully equipped: it has induction cooktops, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee pod machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. The amenities are completed by a washer-dryer available for guests and all the amenities for a short or medium-term stay. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. Once registration is complete, you'll receive a second link, complete with video and instructions, to access the apartment completely independently in self check-in mode. We recommend that you watch the video before your arrival at the property. You always need to request stays longer than 30 days. In case of acceptance, it will be necessary to sign a contract, provide documentation certifying the temporary nature of the stay and be in possession of an Italian tax code.
