Welcome to our idyllic apartment in the southern Black Forest. Our newly furnished apartment offers peace and relaxation in the vacation home in a secluded location. Enjoy the large garden by the river and the direct access to the garden. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and biking. Perfect to escape the ordinary and enjoy nature. The health resort of St Blasien is one of the most interesting places in the area. The space The Albmatte vacation home is located in Menzenschwand, a picturesque district of Sankt Blasien in the High Black Forest, near the Feldberg. It offers a variety of cozy and well-equipped apartments that are ideal for couples, families and friends. Here are some highlights: Location: The house is quietly located on the outskirts, without through traffic, and is surrounded by a large meadow area, which is naturally bordered by the river Alb. Amenities: This apartment has a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. A child extra bed is possible. The surrounding area is ideal for winter sports, hiking and cycling. Ski rental is right across the street. Guest access The cottage is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden that offers numerous leisure activities. Children can have fun on the trampoline and swings while adults enjoy the barbecue and seating options. The garden is bordered by the picturesque Alb, a river where you can cool off wonderfully in summer or take a refreshing ice bath in winter. After the entrance of the house, there is a ski storage room on the left, which can also be used as a storage space for strollers. On the right is a cozy book and game room where guests can borrow books and games. In the basement there is a washing machine, dryer and iron. These can be used if needed, sometimes for a small fee. Other things to note Dear guests, We would like to point out that a visitor's tax is levied in our spa town. This levy is used to finance and maintain the tourist infrastructure and services in our region. Tourist tax amount: The tourist tax is €3.90 per person per night. Children and adolescents under 6 years of age are exempt from the tax or pay €2.10 up to 17 years of age. This is included here as a community fee" included in the price.
