It has 3 swimming pools and garden areas with sun loungers and hammocks for sunbathing and relaxing. It has a covered garage space that can be booked with prior notice. There is also a restaurant or "chiringuito" open in the summer season to have a drink and something to eat while enjoying the pool. Inside, the apartment has a very spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed with a kitchenette that has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, DolceGusto coffee maker and all utensils. -It has linens and towels. -It has a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and bathtub. -It also has a terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy any lunch or dinner. -It has air conditioning and a heat pump in the room and fans. Guest access The garden areas, beach bar and pools are available from mid-June to October. -There is a Padel track with prior reservation -In the urbanization there is a children's playground for the little ones. - There is an elevator that goes up and down to the outside street to make it more comfortable and easy to access if you come walking. - There are unassigned parking areas and they are outdoors within the development. Other things to note - Arrival at the accommodation after 11:00 PM will incur a late check-in surcharge of €50, which must be paid in cash on the day of check-in. - Two complete sets of keys and a fob that opens the portal outside will be handed over. -If the keys are misplaced, a copy of them will have to be paid.
