Five minutes from downtown Capivari, the house is located on the top of the Vila Inglesa mountains. Lots of greenery, araucaria trees, silence and fresh air are part of this charming and cozy retreat. A perfect place for families and friends. The space This is a typical mountain house, surrounded by greenery, pine and Araucaria trees, fresh air, sunshine and balconies to enjoy the wonderful views. Next to the house there is a large lawn that is also part of the land. The garden is meticulously maintained by our caretaker, who mows the grass and prune the trees weekly. We also have a friendly housekeeper, Graciele, who will welcome you and your guests with great hospitality. The house has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, dining table for 16 people, living room with piano and fireplace, garage for 6 cars and barbecue. Guest access Guests can access every room in the house and it will be completely - and exclusively - available to you. Our dear housekeeper, Graciele, will welcome you and provide all guidance upon arrival. Other things to note Our housekeeper Graciele will take care of all the cleaning of the house, in addition to helping you with the preparation of meals. This service is already fully included in the price, you will not pay anything extra for it.
