The House is very light and has a large bright lounge/dining area, a good size kitchen and total three bathrooms in the house. Downstairs comprises; hall/cloakroom/wc. The Upstairs, three good sized bedrooms and for guests en-suite room. The House comes with all mod cons including: WiFi available (Fibre optic Internet) Double-glazed windows, Gas central heating, Washing machine & Dishwasher Microwave, Fridge and Freezer Gas hobs Free Parking Front and beautiful back graden as well. The space Lovely Home Back & Ready to Host again! 🏡 3 bedroom home located in the west side of edinburgh. Large kitchen/diner with patio doors leading to private back garden. Kitchen/dining room/family room with TV accessible to guests. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen/diner/family room with tv and gardens and front house parking. Other things to note Also, note that we charge £120 for lost keys. For security purposes, this additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
