The apartment is exterior facing south, it is very sunny and quiet. It is very well insulated and the area and building are quiet. The apartment is 10 minutes from IE University and very close to shops, mini super, etc. This apartment is newly renovated with new appliances. It has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The two beds are large at 130x 200. The Wi-Fi is 600 Mb fiber, the maximum, and it works very well. Our former tenants, IE students, give very good references.
