Idyllic and central, shared sleeping area

A wide selection for going out and partying is available within a few steps. The apartment can be reached from the main train station or Bahnhofstrasse in less than 10 minutes on foot. The walk to the lake takes 30 minutes. This saves you time and public transport costs. Lines 31 and 32 are 120 meters away. During the day it is idyllically quiet here in the courtyard. Week nights are usually also silent. The nights on Saturday, Sunday and before holidays are lively and very noisy! The space Important: There is only one combined living room and bedroom. My own sleeping area (a sleeping alcove) is ONLY separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. Since the accommodation in this listing is offered at very reasonable prices, you have to make and unmake your bed yourself. Alternatively, I will be happy to do this for CHF 50.00 per bed. If you want to occupy your own bed per person, this is possible for another CHF 10.- Surcharge per extra bed possible, all to be paid in cash upon arrival. I provide bed linens as well as a shower or small towel in any case. The two sofa beds for guests are in the living room – each on the opposite side of the room. Note: The property is not ideal for people who snore loudly, as all sleeping places are in the same room. Suitable for: - 3 adults - or 2 adults with 2 children If necessary and by arrangement, you are welcome to bring your own mats and sleeping bags. This offer is valid for Sunday to Friday morning, the period during which I am expected to be present myself. For the weekend there is a separate offer (listing) with adjusted prices, as guests can then use the entire property for themselves. If you are planning a longer stay, just message me – we will find a good solution. For just one night, contact me too. Guest access Basically, you can use the whole place including the terrace, except my sleeping alcove and the storage space in the furniture. The kitchen and utensils must be left clean. The premises are to be used and left with consideration. Learn more in the "House Rules" leaflet. By arrangement, my sleeping alcove can be used in my spontaneous absence and for an additional charge (1.8 m bed). Other things to note 10 minutes' walk to Zurich main station or 2 stops by bus 31. Unsecured parking next to the house = + 20 CHF per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
