A perfect spot to stay for visits with family or various UVA events. There’s a lovely patio to enjoy the peaceful back yard. Take a stroll to Cou-Cou Rachou, or Marie Bette and grab a cup of coffee and a pastry. It’s a quick drive to the downtown mall with plenty of dining and entertainment options. This is my full time residence. I have converted the basement into a private tranquil suite for your use. The neighborhood is very quiet, so this is not a place to party. The space Your space is a basement suite. It has a lovely patio outside that is nicely shaded most of the day. There is heat and AC, and in the bedroom there is an electric baseboard if you require extra heat. We can provide you with a freestanding fan and/or a freestanding heater if needed. There is no cable tv, just internet. I have a ROKU with many services available, including YouTube TV. PLEASE NOTE: It is not a full kitchen. A mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, microwave, and toaster are provided. Guest access The suite is completely separate from the rest of the house, and therefore private.
