From the landing, you enter a beautifully and comfortably appointed open Living space with a large sofa, which is also a queen-sized pull out bed, a comfortable upholstered chair and ottoman and a large Smart TV with most streaming Apps available. Just off the main Living Area is a separate bookcase-surrounded alcove Dining Area, with seating for four. To the left of this is the Full Bathroom with luxurious shower - individual soaps, shampoos, conditioners and body lotion included. To the right of the Dining Area is the door to the generously sized bedroom with a Ralph Lauren Polo designed Queen-sized bed, upholstered chair, second chair, large dresser with many drawers - all available for guest's use, a second Smart TV, again with most streaming services available and a separate double closet with available hangers, extra blankets and sheet-sets and an extra down comforter for the pullout sofa. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment and parking area. Guests do not have access to the main house or grounds. Other things to note There is a flight of stairs involved, this property is not ADA accessible. There is an upper landing exterior lantern, with a switch at both the exterior bottom right and upstairs inside the front door, as well as a motion detector flood light for the entire exterior space.
