TRPA requires boat inspection/certification and a clean boating certification sticker must be procured. Boaters must provide their own mooring lines. 4. There is public beach access adjacent to this home as well as through the neighbors gate via the backyard. 5. Outdoor shower and half bath will not be accessible during the winter months. 6.
