Modern 70 sqm apartment located on the second floor of a building without a lift. The accommodation can host up to 3 people and is equipped with all comforts. The property is located in the San Cristoforo sul Naviglio district, a few steps from the Naviglio Grande canal and 15 minutes on foot from IULM University. The apartment consists of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The space The internal space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, built-in wardrobe, clothes rack, desk with chair and split A/C; - LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, moka, kitchenware and wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC; - BALCONY (access from the living room) with boiler. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with wall radiators, air conditioning via split (2 units), washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. ATTENTION: the apartment is located on the second floor and can only be reached by stairs (there is NO elevator). Please also note the presence of a step at the entrance to the building.
