Other things to note NOTE: REDUCED RATES > Construction Noise: There may be construction noise during your stay. To compensate, we are offering a discounted rate. No additional refunds will be provided during your stay, as the price is already reduced. If you choose to cancel before arrival, a full refund will be offered. However, if the noise becomes excessive, you may cancel your stay, and we will refund any unused nights of your reservation. While noise is expected between 8 AM and 5 PM, we can't guarantee it won't occur outside these hours due to contractor schedules beyond our control.
