Inside, natural light filters through large windows, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere across four thoughtfully arranged floors. After a day exploring nearby neighborhoods and parks, you can settle into the living space or unwind by the indoor fireplace as evening sets in. Living & gathering spaces The first floor brings everyone together with an open layout that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Comfortable seating, a 72 inch HDTV with Roku, and books and reading material create an easy place to relax, while board games offer a cozy way to spend cooler evenings indoors. The indoor fireplace: gas adds an extra layer of comfort during Seattle’s cooler months. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table and additional seating at the kitchen island. Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee from the Keurig coffee machine or sharing a relaxed dinner, the space is designed for both convenience and connection. Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms are spread across the second and third floors, offering privacy and flexibility for your group. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a twin rollaway cot. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed with its own ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom also offers a queen-size bed. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, and extra pillows and blankets help ensure a restful night. Bathrooms & essentials There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, stocked with bathroom essentials and designed to make getting ready easy for larger groups. A free washer – in unit and free dryer – in unit add convenience for longer stays. Please take note that essential amenities are not unlimited or refillable throughout the stay. Work & connectivity A dedicated workspace in a private space with an ergonomic chair provides a quiet spot for work or meetings, supported by Wifi and Ethernet connection. Outdoor space Step outside to enjoy the private patio or balcony, or head up to the rooftop terrace where panoramic city views create a memorable backdrop, even on cooler days. Location & access Located in North Beacon Hill, you’re just a short drive from downtown Seattle and many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood offers a mix of local dining, parks, and easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore while still enjoying a quieter residential setting. Additional amenities Free parking on premises – 1 space, free street parking, and an EV charger are available. The home includes self check-in with a smart lock, a private entrance, and exterior security cameras on property for added peace of mind. The space is also pet-friendly and allows long term stays. Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with the following: ✔ Wi-Fi ✔ Air Conditioning ✔ Heating ✔ Laundry Closet (Washer/Dryer, Iron/Board) ✔ Free Parking ✔ EV Charger Other things to note ★ EARLY CHECK-INS ★ - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. ★ LATE CHECK OUTS ★ - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. ★ MAINTENANCE ★ - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate pets. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. ★ EVENTS ★ There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. ★ OUTDOOR AREAS ★ - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts. ★ CLEANING ★ - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. PLEASE NOTE - You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication. ★ ROAD NOISE ★ This home is on an arterial road in Beacon Hill and you may experience some traffic noise during busy commuting times.
