One room with a large double bed, the second room is very large and also has a large double bed. In this room there is also (in an emergency) a sofa bed. Also the fireplace and dining table. We have a covered terrace to the street (no federal highway) and an open terrace to the garden overlooking the garden, the meadow and behind it is also one of the many lakes in the area. One room has a large new double bed, The second room is very large and also has a large double bed with new mattresses. In this room there is also (in case of need) a sofa bed. Also the fireplace and dining table. It also leads directly to the back terrace. In front of the kitchen there is also a terrace, which is covered and sheltered from the wind. Except for the kitchen, all furniture is from 2023. In the kitchen there is an electric stove with oven. A dishwasher and a small washing machine are also available. ATTENTION: We have two cats that are sometimes on the property and have also been in the vacation home. So you shouldn't have a cat allergy!!! Except for us in the neighboring house, there are no neighbors. We moved to Sweden in 2021. Our daughter (10) is always happy about children in the vacation home and shows the garden with her trampoline :-) We are relaxed and also want uncomplicated relaxed guests. We help where we can and give you the right tips for lakes, forests, food and attractions in the area. Even with medical problems, we provide information on where and how to find help quickly. "Dr. Bubu" is next door :-) If you have to do a lot of laundry and need a dryer, we can do it in our house next door for a small fee. Fire bowl, hot tub and grill are in the garden. By arrangement, these can be used. The hot tub costs 20 euros for a filling with fresh water and heating… So you just have to jump in. In addition, we rent a SUP, a dinghy with electric and/or gasoline engine, 3 bicycles and an air kayak (3 people) with additional motor (electric). It is best to discuss everything by phone or also by video call... We are happy to give tips on ferries and other travel options. We have 5 lakes in the immediate vicinity in Kyrkhult. The jetty to the lake behind the vacation home is within walking distance. Otherwise, you can go by bike, car or walk a little longer. Hiking trails through the woods are just around the corner. The very large and great lake (Olofström Halen) is 15 minutes away by car. With lakes and forests, we are extremely well equipped here :-) There are barbecue areas everywhere and we may also have some insider tips :-) Bowling and an ice rink are in Olofström (10 minutes by car). The sea can be reached in 25 minutes by car. The same applies to the beautiful port city of Karlshamn. Museums (Marine, IKEA, and Vikings), trampoline park, Lasertec as well as a moose park are between 30 and 50 minutes away by car. There are many shops in Olofström and a small country shop here in the village (with grilled meat from the region). Culinary Sweden (restaurants) is difficult, but we have already found the best restaurants in the area. We do the same on departure... Other things to note IMPORTANT. We have two cats. They live with us in the neighboring house, but have also already your vacation home. They don't go and haven't gone to the furniture or anything, but are curious and sometimes suddenly inside :-) Therefore, we can unfortunately only advise allergy sufferers against booking with us and unfortunately other pets are not allowed to visit us.
