Located in the heart of Prague on Spalena street with a walking distance to all major attractions of Prague such as Old Town, Astronomical Clock, Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, Dancing House etc. With wooden parquet floors, central Heating, spacious living room, bathroom and bedroom our apartment is the right choice for both business and leisure travellers. Our place has all the necessary amenities and equipment to make your stay a comfortable experience. TV, WI-FI, Centralised Heating, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Air rack Dryer, Fridge&Freezer, Microwave, Electronic Cooktop, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hair dryer, Cutlery and all the necessary cooking utensils are at your disposal. Our Rooms: - Spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional open kitchen with every comfort, dining and rest areas. Two sofas that can be converted into double beds when the group size requires(when more than 4 people) - Bedroom has two queen-size beds and a huge wardrobe. - A modern bathroom with a bath and toilet. -- Answers to some frequently asked questions -- ☀ All the bed sheets are provided, as well as the towels. ☀ Shampoo and Body gel are provided. ☀ Dishes and Cutlery are available. Guest access Apartment is entirely designed for you. Other things to note - If your group size is 4 or less but you would like to use the sofa as a bed in order to stay more comfortably and sleep in separate beds there will be a 600CZK sofa fee per day per sofa applied. Just let us know in advance and we will set the sofa as a bed. - Quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00. - Parties and loud gatherings are strongly prohibited. - Smoking both inside of the apartment and the building is strongly prohibited. Any smoking evidence proving the breach of this rule will result in a 10000 CZK (400 EUR) fine. - Pets are strongly prohibited. Any evidence of a pet being present will result in a fine of 10000CZK. - City TAX per adult 50 CZK/day (2,10 EUR) to be paid on arrival date in cash. - Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information on the first day of your arrival. - Please always send a short description of your group.
