The space The space This cozy and thoughtfully designed apartment home is the perfect place to enjoy your visit to York, PA. Main Bedroom: Queen Bed Bedroom #2: Queen Bed This apartment offers two bedrooms and two guest bathrooms. Upon entering the home, you will have access to an open concept kitchen with breakfast bar and living room with access to a covered outside patio area. The open concept allows plenty of space for you to move around and gather. You will feel right at home with the beautiful espresso cabinets and granite countertop in the kitchen. The kitchen features all new, modern appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee machine. Keurig coffee cups, sugar and creamer are provided as well as pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The living room offers a comfortable couch and arm chair. It also includes a ceiling fan and smart 55” TV. The master bedroom contains a queen bed, ceiling fan and it’s own private bathroom with shower plus walk in closet. Bedroom 2 offers another queen bed. Each bedroom offers a comfortable mattress with high quality sheets with extra pillows and blankets. Towels and linens are included as well. A small linen closet is located in the hallway across from the laundry closet (washer and dryer in unit). NO PARTIES: No more than the amount of guests on your reservation for the house. NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Charges will apply if any kind of smoking is detected. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home with the exception of one closet used for housekeeping items. Other things to note This home is located in a rental community, please be mindful of the neighbors and respect their beautiful neighborhood! Sidewalks are accessible throughout community.
