Located in the oldest neighborhood in Vallarta, Gringo Gulch, this incredible villa feels surrounded by the history of the town. The first thing that guests to the villa notice are the astonishing views from all throughout the villa. There is truly no villa anywhere in Vallarta with better views -- jaw-dropping is the only word that comes to mind. One can see the entire bay and downtown from the villa and the daily sunsets are stuff that dreams are made of. Punta del Cielo guests have the best seats in town to the nightly and New Years' Eve firework shows. One of the most unique features of this property is how to get there. Punta del Cielo has it's own private funicular that takes guests from street level to the front entrance way. Watch the views get better and better as you head up to this amazing villa. Once in the villa, you will not want to leave. With a full staff including a cook to prepare 2 meals per day (cost of groceries extra), there is no better place to be in Vallarta. Guests find themselves spending most of their time on the main level where there is an incredible pool deck and heated infinity pool overlooking downtown Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas. Imagine yourself having dinner poolside while watching the sun sink into the Pacific Ocean. Punta del Cielo boasts 6 fantastic ensuite, ocean view bedrooms which can sleep up to 13 guests. All of the bedrooms have king sized beds (and one has an additional twin/day bed), ocean views and 4 of the bedrooms have terraces. 2 of the 6 bedrooms can converted from king sized beds into 2 twin beds for a more flexible sleeping arrangement. Guest access NIGHTLY RATES As Punta del Cielo is a 6 bedroom villa, we use a tiered nightly rate system so that smaller groups who don't need use of all of our bedrooms will pay a discounted rate. Punta del Cielo is a private villa so even if a group does not rent all the bedrooms, no other guests would stay there at the same time. Due to limitations in the Airbnb pricing system, they may not present an accurate quote so please refer to the chart below for correct pricing. Winter Season (November 01 - May 31) 4 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 8 guests) = $1,080 USD plus tax 5 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 10 guests) = $1,350 USD plus tax 6 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 12 guests) = $1,620 USD plus tax Summer Season (June 01 to October 31) 4 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 8 guests) = $920 USD plus tax 5 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 10 guests) = $1,150 USD plus tax 6 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 12 guests) = $1,380 USD plus tax **RATES DO NOT INCLUDE 16% VAT OR AIRBNB BOOKING FEE** For groups with 13 guests, there is an additional $115 USD extra guest fee in Summer Season and $135 USD in Winter Season. Other things to note The cleanliness of Punta del Cielo has always been one of our top priorities.
