Your A-Frame stay will have - 1 Master Bedroom w/King Bed - 1 Cozy Loft *accessed with ladder w/Queen Bed - A soaking tub - Forest & Meadow views from back deck - Rollup screen & projector - 5 Minute drive to Round Lake State Park - 15 Minute drive to Sandpoint & Lake Pend Oreille - 15 Minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park - 30 Minute drive to Schweitzer Other things to note Guests will have access to the entire property PARKING: Gravel driveway (3 vehicles), ask about trailer parking, 4WD recommended in winter NOTE: The homeowner lives within walking distance in a completely separate unit, and may be available for in person questions or issues - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - NOTE: Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property - NOTE: The property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area.
