If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the right fit for you. For those who prioritize convenience and easy transit, it’s perfect. We provide premium, high-fidelity white noise machines in every single bedroom to ensure a comfortable environment. Two-Unit Property: As this is a split-level home, you may occasionally hear standard household sounds from the separate downstairs unit. Parking: Free, unmetered street parking is available directly in front of the house. There is typically space for up to 3 vehicles, and these spots are almost always open. However, because it is public street parking, spaces are first-come, first-served and cannot be legally guaranteed.
