The property of Casa Arriba is comprised of three separate 1 bedroom casitas, and a main kitchen casita shared/community dining space. Cocina: The bright and airy main-community kitchen and dining area is housed in the main casita, which sits poolside and looks out over the expansive patio with ocean, tropical garden, and jungle views. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to cook a great meal, and a spacious dining area with seating for 8. The Casitas come with linens, beach towels, drinking water, shampoo and conditioner, soap, use of laundry soap and clothesline, and use of dipping pool and patio lounge. The area is beautiful and tranquil with exotic jungle birds, crickets, and the sound of crashing waves to lull you to sleep. Decor is sophisticated and understated with lots of art. *Note: the owner is tucked away on the property in her own private casita. She respects the privacy of her guests and will give as much space as you like. You won’t even know she’s there if you don’t want to! She is also available to help arrange concierge services or give suggestions on things to do in the Pueblo if desired. CASITA AZUL: From your casita and balcony you will see the sea stretched before you and some of the most spectacular sunsets imaginable. The room has high pitched, beamed ceilings, large windows, a queen bed with romantic mosquito netting, and a charming bathroom with high end fixtures, AC, stone shower and tumbled marble counter, and a double closet. Outside is a private balcony for morning coffee or watching the sunset, as well as a lush jungle garden and terraza.
