It features two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The living room has a powerful 18,000 BTU air conditioner that effectively cools the entire apartment. With high-speed WiFi and plenty of natural light, the space is ideal for both short and extended stays, just steps from Moda’s cafés, shops, and vibrant local life. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience. Other things to note - The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Please note that there is no elevator and access is via two flights of stairs. - The small bedroom overlooks the interior of the building and receives minimal natural light. - Air conditioning (18,000 BTU) is only available in the living room, but this is sufficient to cool the entire apartment. - Street parking is available in the area, but may be limited during peak hours. Paid parking is a 3-5 minute walk away. FINES AND FEES FOR VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited on site. A €100 fine will apply for any violation. - A €35 replacement fee will apply for lost keys. - If keys are left in the door lock and require locksmith assistance, a €60 service fee will apply. - The cleanliness of our linens and towels is our top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment and, in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If the stain cannot be removed, the product may need to be replaced, and you may be charged a fee. We ask that you treat these items with the same care as you would your own. IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION To comply with local regulations (Turkish Law No. 1774 dated June 26, 1973), all guests are required to provide valid ID or passport information before check-in.
