The space This unit accommodates up to six guests with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a pullout couch for additional sleeping space. The home features 1.5 baths, including a full bathroom on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor for added convenience. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the nearby Union River and Acadia National Park, Cozy Cove offers a cozy and well-equipped home base for your Maine adventure. Guest access Guests will have access to Unit #3 - Cozy Cove Other things to note As part of a shared apartment complex, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their neighbors to ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay. Additionally, please note that the basement is off-limits to guests. Guests are invited to enjoy the shared fire pit, a cozy gathering spot available for use alongside guests from the other two units. Be sure to take a leisurely stroll down to the Union River Lobster Pot and treat yourself to some delicious Maine seafood. Located right along the scenic riverfront at 11 South Street, it's the perfect spot to enjoy fresh local flavors with a beautiful waterfront view. Guests should note that the riverfront property in front of the restaurant is yours to enjoy, offering a peaceful spot to relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.
