Sandbanks is a completely private three-story mansion that sleeps 18 people. The large outdoor space has its own heated infinity pool with views over the stunning bonefish flats. The house is finished to a luxurious standard and has its own private deck, dock and boat ramp. Giving easy access to walk, swim, snorkel, boat, kayak or paddle board in the stunning aqua waters. Weather you chose to relax around the pool or use the amenities around the property you will have a safe luxurious stay. The space This three-story mansion is a 6-bedroom property sleeping 18 people comfortably. The ground floor has a large entrance hall with a pool and table tennis table as well as a gym with a tv and an adjacent laundry room, also a French door fridge/freezer perfect for storing drinks etc. for outdoor area. The ground floor bedrooms both have stunning views across the infinity pool and across the bonefish flats. Cocoplum bedroom: one double sofa bed, one king bed, on suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Three sisters: one double sofa bed, one king bed, on suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The first floor has a large kitchen area which is equipped with a double and single sink, dish washer, an electric range, smart microwave combination wall oven, two wine chillers, large capacity French door fridge freezer equipped with an ice maker and filtered water, granite worksurface's, kitchen island, Nespresso vertuo coffee maker, coffee filter maker, French press, espresso coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, two 4-slice toasters. The kitchen island is equipped with cutlery, dinner ware and utensils. The dining area seats 12 and the kitchen island seats 6 people. the living area features a leather L-shaped sofa, leather chairs and couch perfect for relaxing, games night and TV. You can fully open the bi-fold doors to reveal this floors patio area which has a BBQ, 12-seater outdoor dining table and a lounge area with multiple chairs overlooking the pool and ocean. The bedrooms on this floor are as follows Volleyball beach: one king bed, open closet and on suite bathroom Hoopers Bay: one king bed, open closet and on suite bathroom Forbes Hill: one full bed, one twin bed and a bunkbed with full and twin beds, a walk-in closet and an on-suite bathroom. there is also a half bathroom on the hallway of this floor. The second-floor hallway has an office area with the best views you have seen from an office window. This floor has a large, opened space bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, full size bathtub as well as a large walk-in closet. Tropic of cancer bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bifold door that opens on to its own patio with seating area. The Property is completely private and surrounded by a six-foot wall and a large sliding gate, all of the surrounding plots are owned by the property and are undeveloped. were also proud of the fact that the house completely runs on solar which makes the house ecofriendly. we are also equipped with a backup generator so you will never be without power. The outside area has a heated infinity pool, bar with a sink and mini fridge, covered seating areas, sun loungers, dock, swings in the ocean, a sand pit perfect for kids, kayaks, paddle boards and a private boat ramp.
