Newly remodeled casita nestled in the middle of a palm tree orchard. Extremely quiet and relaxing location that is off the beaten path but still within minutes of Saint James City and Bokeelia on Pine island! The space Be assured we are conducting extra cleaning and sanitized surfaces** The casita sits on the side of our property. It has it's own entrance and space. Kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, small appliances (keurig, blender, can opener, toaster), serving ware, cooking utensils, dish detergent, towels, bath and beach towels. Extra blankets and linens are available. laundry facilities available for longer stays upon request. Booking tax will be collected by Airbnb, per Florida State and Local laws The estate sits about a mile off dirt road. You will find many homes on Pine Island do not have paved roads, but it really is part of the island charm! Don't be surprised to see peacocks roaming throughout the yard and roads here! They stay their distance but fun and beautiful to watch! If you have never visited Pine Island, you will love the “Old Florida Charm”. However, there are no beaches on Pine Island, but you can go 35 mins North or South to the closest public beaches or you can take the ferry to beautiful Cayo island with you can see from Pineland. There are many waterfront locations and natural preserves and trails here on Pine Island and water access locations for boats. *boats welcome and have plenty of room for those who come in tow! Guest access Seperate entrance for guests. We have a huge circle driveway so we are able to accommodate boats. If you bring your boat, We do have a hose on the side of the casita for use of wash down etc for our boating guests !! Other things to note No smoking but can be done on the patio or deck outside. Black out curtains can be closed for those who need it dark for sleeping in and additional privacy. We can accommodate boats as we have a large circle driveway!
