Only a 5-7 minute walk to the Maxwell Main Road and the bus route. Walk a little further to Dover beach and St. Lawrence Gap, the night life district with restaurants, bars. Close to Dover beachl with its many food outlets of Caribbean food. Close to Accra beach, the Boardwalk, Miami beache and Pebbles beach. Supermarkets are close by and can deliver in 24 hours. A garden surrounds the apartments for relaxing. Free WiFi, and fans. Off road parking. No unregistered guests allowed to stay. Guest access Free Wifi. Private front patio. Off road parking area. Washing machine in laundry room inside Apr 3. Hanging lines in laundry room and outside at back garden. All units have their own entrances, patios and are separate and no sharing. There is a washing machine at back garden for apt#1. Off road parking is available for about 3 cars so best to park for everyone. Any cars dripping oil are to park on the road side as stains my drive way. To prevent ants, roaches, bugs, put end of food, bones in a plastic bag in freezer. Put in blue bin on road on Tuesday mornings for garbage truck. Recycle washed clean glass bottles, tins, plastic containers to be put into the black bin in garage. B's recycling collects on Tuesdays but a different truck to garbage truck. We recycle and are conservation conscious. Other things to note Sheets and towels provided. Best not to put towels on the beach sand asbeach bugs, n not clean so use deck chairs on the beach. Wash sand off your feet before entering units. Hang wet towels or clothing on clothing lines at the back garden. Hang washed clothing on wrong side to avoid fading from sun. Avoid ants and roaches, so put all end of food, bones ect in a plastic bag in freezer. Put in BLUE bin on front road on Tuesday mornings for collection by garbage truck. BLACK recycle bin in garage is for washed bottles, tins, cardboard. B's recycling collects Tuesdays and a different truck to garbage truck. Neighborhood watch in effect in Graeme Hall Park and patrols. Best to lock your doors before going out or resting. Best to turn off all Aircons, fans, appliances before going out. Electrity is expensive.
