You will also have access to the single garage for parking Other things to note We want to ensure you have a wonderful stay at our Airbnb, and to maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation with the following house rules: 🔕 Quiet Hours Policy (10 PM - 7 AM) 🔕 To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbors, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Quiet Hours Guidelines: ✔ No loud music, TV, or conversations outdoors or in shared spaces after 10 PM. ✔ Keep voices at a respectful level when entering/exiting the home at night. ✔ No parties, events, or large gatherings—this is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. ✔ Absolutely no unauthorized guests beyond the registered group. ✔ No Smoking: To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, we have a strict no-smoking policy inside the home. Smoking on the patio is also not allowed, as it is a shared area with other guests. If you wish to smoke, please do so downstairs outside the gate. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your reservation and a fine. ✔ Guest Policy: If you plan to have any additional guests during your stay, please contact us in advance for approval. Unauthorized guests may incur additional charges for their stay. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we discover unregistered guests on the premises. This includes situations involving third-party bookings or when the number of guests exceeds what is listed on the reservation. Ensuring accurate guest information helps us provide the best experience and avoid any complications during your stay. ✔ No Parties: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we do not permit parties or large gatherings. Please respect this policy, as it ensures a tranquil environment for all guests. If we sense a party is being thrown, your booking will be cancelled, you will be fined $2,000, you will not receive any refund, and we may call the police to remove you from the property for trespassing. ✔ Security: Your safety is our priority. Tampering with or concealing the front door camera is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. ✔ Plumbing: We kindly ask that you only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Using other materials can lead to plumbing issues that may incur expenses during your stay. Check-In & Check-Out: ✔ Early Check-In: We are pleased to offer early check-in for $30 per hour. This helps cover the additional cost of preparing the space ahead of schedule. ✔Late Check-Out: A late check-out fee of $30 per hour applies if arranged in advance. ✔ Unapproved Late Check-Out: If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance and remain past the check-out time, a $100 unapproved late check-out fee will be charged. ✔ No Hosting of Locals: To ensure the integrity and security of our property, we do not accept reservations from local residents. Reservations made by local residents may be subject to cancellation. If you have any questions or need clarification on any of these rules, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. HOT TUB Rules ✔ Shower before entering to help keep the water clean. ✔ Only wear swimwear — no regular clothes or shoes in the jacuzzi. ✔ No glass containers near or in the jacuzzi (use plastic cups instead). ✔ Keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM (quiet hours). ✔ The jacuzzi can be used until 12:00 AM (midnight). ✔ No diving, jumping, or rough play. ✔ Children must be supervised at all times. ✔ Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes, especially for children or guests with medical conditions. ✔ Do not use the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or drugs. ✔ Pregnant guests should consult a doctor before using the jacuzzi. ✔ Always replace the cover after use to keep the water clean and warm. ✔ TURN OFF jets and lights if not in use ✔ Report any issues with water quality, temperature, or function right away.
