A spacious and elegant family townhouse in Moixent with lots of charm and a contemporary Mediterranean style that will be perfect for your trips and stays. The house is in a quiet, landscaped area in the center of town and has free parking on the same street. 200 meters from it there is a charger for electric vehicles. The town has supermarkets, local shops, bakeries, butchers, bars and restaurants, and a health center. The space The Casa del Parador can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests as it is a spacious and well-equipped family townhouse. A large living/dining room from which we can access a quiet central courtyard in which to relax, giving entrance to this well-kept and charming house. An equipped and glazed kitchen with everything you need and a large pantry. Four spacious double bedrooms (one of them quadruple) and two full bathrooms plus a sun terrace. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, you will have at your disposal both winter and summer bedding, towels, shampoo, shower soap, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating... The village is known for its surroundings with endless activities to do. Natural places such as "Les Alcusses" or "El Bosquet" for hiking, biking, visiting its prestigious wineries, the Iberian town of La Bastida with guided tours... Guest access The house is for full rental, we never mix guests. Rooms will be provided based on the number of guests staying, so all rooms will not always be available and will remain closed. The common areas, entrance, dressing room, patio, kitchen, bathrooms and solarium will always be available.
