Late check-out is generally not available. 2 ) Is there a place to store luggage? There are reasonably priced luggage storage services available at stations and some shops. If needed, please search using the following keywords: "ecbo cloak". 3 ) What amenities are provided? Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, and slippers are provided. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so please bring your own. 4 ) Will towels be changed and rooms cleaned during the stay? Clean sheets and towels will be provided at check-in. There will be no replacement of sheets and towels during your stay. There is a washing machine in the room. Please feel free to use it if needed. 5 ) How do I access the residence and check-in? The address, walking route from the nearest station, and contact information will be provided in the check-in guide sent one week before your arrival. If you don't have internet access, please print the check-in guide in advance and bring it with you. Please make sure to check it before your arrival. 6 ) Do I need to separate garbage during my stay? There are two garbage bins in the room. Please separate combustible waste and recyclables and dispose of them in the respective bins. If the garbage bins in the room become full, please contact us. Do not dispose of garbage outside the building or in other buildings' collection areas, as it is illegal in Japan. 7 ) What happens if I enter the premises of other houses? Please do not enter private property without permission, as it may result in police intervention in serious cases. Please also avoid behaviors such as loitering, smoking, or making loud noises in front of others' houses, as they can be highly disruptive and bothersome to others. 8 )Do I need to submit my passport information before check-in? Yes. Under Japanese law, we are required to keep a record of guests’ passport information. We will contact you before check-in to request your passport details. Please note that if a guest refuses to provide this information, the host has the right to refuse their stay. 9）What if you forget something? if you have left any belongings at our property, we can arrange to return them by post. Please note that actual shipping costs and a small handling fee (1500JPY) will apply. To proceed, kindly contact us promptly with your shipping address. 10）What should I do with unwanted luggage? if you leave behind any unwanted luggage (e.g., suitcases), we can assist with disposal. Please note that a handling fee (1500JPY)and bulky waste disposal fee (1500JPY) will apply, as required by local regulations. Kindly inform us in advance if you wish us to dispose of it. 11）What happens if I lose the key? If the key is lost, it may be necessary to remake or replace the key for security reasons. In such cases, we kindly ask guests to cover the actual cost of JPY 11,000.
