Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside of the rental at all! Oceans Sands I is a non smoking property and no smoking of any kind is permitted. Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. Check out is by 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for early arrivals and/or late check outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
