Parking Information Ample street parking is available. Overnight parking (2:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m.) requires a city permit, which guests must purchase, print, and display on the dashboard. How to obtain a permit: -Online: City of South Pasadena website → Parking Permits (print before parking) -In person: South Pasadena Police Department kiosk, 1422 Mission Street -Vehicle make, model, and license plate number are required Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire second-floor studio, including: -Private Entrance with a secure keyless smart lock (access code provided the morning of check-in) -One Flight of Stairs leading directly to the apartment -Private Front-Facing Deck with comfortable seating—ideal for morning coffee or sunset wine -Full In-Unit Amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and dedicated workspace Other things to note House Rules Occupancy -The Zen Haven accommodates a maximum of three registered guests. -An additional fee applies for a third guest. -Unregistered visitors are not permitted on the property or to stay overnight. -A $150 fee per unregistered guest per night will be charged if this policy is violated. Dog Rules To maintain comfort and cleanliness for all guests, we welcome one well-behaved, house-trained dog with prior approval. Please note: -Dogs may not be left unattended inside or outside the studio. -Please prevent excessive barking. -Clean up promptly after your pet. -Dogs must be on current flea prevention. -Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, deep cleaning, or pest control if needed. Noise & Music -Outdoor amplified music is prohibited at all times under City of South Pasadena regulations. -Violations may result in city fines starting at $500. -Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors and nearby homes. Smoking Policy -Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside or outside the studio. -Evidence of smoking will incur a $350 cleaning and restoration fee to maintain a healthy, odor-free environment. Security Cameras -For safety and property protection, three outdoor-only security cameras (driveway, front door, and stairwell) operate continuously. -There are no cameras inside the studio. Enforcement Violations of these rules—including smoking, unregistered guests or pets, or excessive noise—may result in immediate eviction without refund.
