Our King Salmon Apartment is a wonderful home base for all your Alaskan activities! Located in the heart of downtown Anchorage, it puts you within easy walking distance to all downtown has to offer including museums, restaurants/bars, the Performing Arts Center, the Dena'ina Center, shopping, and more! Great for corporate or individual rental. Downtown,Corporate The space We have recently redecorated the apartment to add more color and comfort for our corporate/individual guests. Guest access This rental has 3 small steps leading to the front door. Special packages are okay, but please no mail forwarding to this rental unless your stay in longer than 28 days. Thank you! Other things to note Street parking in front of the rental may sometimes be impacted by special events like the 4th of July, Pride Parade, or city maintenance like snow plowing or street sweeping. This rental is situated above another rental. The rentals are completely separate and private but does have an adjoining door that we open for larger parties renting the suites together. The adjoining door is double deadbolted meaning each suite would have to unlock their deadbolt to open the door. Guest safety is a top priority for us and we gave much consideration to make this a stress and worry free situation for our guests. We have quality pillow toppers on our beds. Our king size bed is considered by some past guests as soft/cushy. Most love it and describe it as sinking into a cloud with their best sleep ever. If a firm mattress is more to your liking, please consider reserving our Downtown Denali Suite, #great location! which also offers a king size bed but with a firmer touch.
