Tropical family hideaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A nice fully equiped two bedroom nested in a beautiful tropical parc. Nearby secluded beaches. You'll enjoy the monkeys and birds from your covered terrasse or in a hammock near the pool... This is a laidback and quiet place, ideal for a basecamp or a reconnection with nature. You'll enjoy being independant as the house will be yours, and you'll feel very private although we or our team can assist you during your stay. The space Your house is located on a vast property. You will share a common pool with only 5 other small units. There are plenty of trees, and a variety of animals such as squirrels, monkeys and tropical birds. Of course as it is a preserved tropical place we ask you to respect those animals and plants. We also ask you to please understand that sometimes, ants and insects find their way into the houses. This is not an issue and you will just have to observe certain basic rules such as not leaving food outside or on the table in order to not attract animals. Our property in a good mix between a well maintained parc and a preserved forest. We are dedicated to reforestation through our non profit organization : Savage Lands. We are located 1 mile (1.6km) from the beach and many others can be found in this area within minutes of driving. There is a grocery store close to our property entrance and several restaurants in the area. We recommend a rental car and a stop by at the supermarket in either Santa Cruz or Tamarindo. Guest access The whole unit is for you. Only the pool is a shared place. also you wil have a key for the main gate as we like to keep it private and close our public gate at night (around 7pm). But of course you can still go in and out, we just ask you to close it after you enter or leave for diner or else. Other things to note Remember this is a tropical place and we are not able to prevent insects or small animals to sometimes show up on your terrace or sometimes in the house. Though don't panic, we have been living here and renting to guests from 2006 and never had any issue with any animal, plant, tree or other form of life :) Please wash your dishes and empty your bin before leaving. Take as many pictures as you want from the garden and monkeys. Ask us about it, we'll be happy to share. Please, don’t forget to wash your dishes and throw your bin. we rent boards and SUP « Los Nancites » is a quiet place, for the well-being of everybody, noise is not allowed.
