Like many villages around the lake, Jaibalito is accessible via boat; , just a short 10 minute public boat ride from Panajachel — boats run every 15 minutes all day (you just hop on them like buses )and we send simple arrival instructions so getting here is easy. If you prefer a private boat, we can easily arrange that. The space You get calm water, no traffic noise, cleaner swimming, and real lake tranquility — while still being only minutes from town by boat anytime you want restaurants or nightlife. Enjoy spectacular views from this lakefront modern two bedroom two bathroom house. A one minute walk from your house to the lake, where you can sit on the beach, lie on your private dock, or take kayaks out on the lake (small fee). Also, for a small fee, you can enjoy our sauna, which is located right on the beach. So jump from the sauna into the water! Or enjoy the tranquility of a drink on your private deck overlooking the lake. Jaibalito is boat access only, as is common in many of the towns around the lake. Public boats typically go by approximately every 15 minutes (hop the boat like you would hop a bus ), and costs very little to go from one town to the next. Private boats are also available anytime and we can help you with that. It offers every amenity you would typically find in your own home including fast Wi-Fi, a 40 inch TV equipped with Netflix prime video, etc. A full water purification system is included so water is safe to drink. Guest access The entire home is yours, and you have full access to the beautiful gardens that lead down to the beach. For a small fee use our sauna located right on the beach. Kayaks also available for 50 q per hour Other things to note Laundry service is available for 10 Q per pound. Cleaning service is available during stay with prior notification for a very reasonable price -electricity will sometimes go out causing electrical outages until the town has repaired it.
