Stunning lakefront/beachfront home with spectacular views of the volcanos, the mountains and the lake. Newly built home; arguably the nicest property on the lake! Have drinks on your dock, or your deck, wander the lush gardens, enjoy our sauna -located right on the beach , swim in the lake, take our paddle boards or kayaks out for a spin on the lake, or simply relax on the beach🏝️ As in many towns around the lake, its boat access only (private or public…public boats come every 15 minutes ). The space Enjoy spectacular views from this lakefront modern two bedroom two bathroom house. A one minute walk from your house to the lake, where you can sit on the beach, lie on your private dock, or take kayaks out on the lake (small fee). Also, for a small fee, you can enjoy our sauna, which is located right on the beach. So jump from the sauna into the water! Or enjoy the tranquility of a drink on your private deck overlooking the lake. Jaibalito is boat access only, as is common in many of the towns around the lake. Public boats typically go by approximately every 15 minutes and costs very little to go from one town to the next (10q to get to Pana, the biggest town on the lake). Private boats are also available anytime. It offers every amenity you would typically find in your own home including fast Wi-Fi, a 40 inch TV equipped with Netflix prime video, etc. A full water purification system is included so water is safe to drink! Important to note that there is a dog that lives on the property. Please do not let her into the house as I am severely allergic to fleas. Guest access The entire home is yours, and you have full access to the beautiful gardens that lead down to the beach. For a small fee use our sauna located right on the beach. Kayaks also available for 50 q per hour Other things to note Laundry service is available for 10 Q per pound. Cleaning service is available during stay with prior notification for a very reasonable price -electricity will sometimes go out causing electrical outages until the town has repaired it! This is common everywhere so be prepared with fully charged phone etc. The cost of the wood for the sauna is 150 Q and our Guardian would be happy to get it going for you…available 9 a.m to 6 pm Kayaks are for your use; 50 q per day
