If you are looking for a family atmosphere, quiet, safe, close to clinics, hospitals, shopping centers and commerce in general, YOU HAVE FOUND IT. Minimalist flat: KITCHEN: minibar, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, ovenproof dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, cabinet, microwave, no stove; BEDROOM: double bed, large suite, air conditioning, Samsung 32" smartwatch TV, dresser and window; DINING ROOM: for two people, study table, mirror and window; GARAGE 5.15 m long with automatic gate. Other things to note RULES OF GOOD COEXISTENCE: 1- when leaving, turn off lights and air conditioning, as energy here is quite expensive; 1.1- if you leave the air conditioning on when leaving, you will be charged a fee of $50.00 for each infraction, but while you are inside the property you can use it; 2- collect garbage daily and place it in front of the building where there is a trash can until 8 p.m.; 3- do not walk around the common area shirtless; 4- use ambient sound; 5- keep the doors to the condominium always closed; 6- if you break something, inform in advance before checkout; 7- after check-in, declare that the apartment meets your needs in writing on the Airbnb platform, and if you do not say anything, it is understood that the apartment meets your needs; 8- leave the apartment organized as you received it; 9- if you leave before the scheduled check-out time, inform me ONE HOUR in advance so that I can plan and better serve you; 10- if there is any problem with the check-in, inform me in advance so that I can plan and better serve you; 11- when checking in, present your ID; 12- if you cannot attend for check-in and/or checkout, indicate on the Airbnb platform who will be the responsible person; 12.1- only the responsible person can check in; 13- no smoking; 14- pets are allowed as long as you inform Airbnb; 15- if you arrive before the agreed time, I will not be able to be present, as I am on duty, so I hope you understand. RECOMMENDATION: before contracting with Airbnb, check the photos of the apartment (a photo is worth a thousand words) if it meets your needs or contact the host to clarify any questions.
