Other things to note The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood - please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10pm. Driveway and street parking available. The property is single-level, but there is a step at the entry and in the backyard. Just so you know, I stay in the garage unit on the property (per city rules). It’s completely separate, and you’ll not notice I’m there. (I’ll be there only over night). The entire house is for you and your group, with full privacy.
