Guest access The entire house is available for your stay, offering privacy and comfort. Guests will have full access to 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor (rooftop deck) as well as the garage. Other things to note Guest with no reviews will need to provide DL or ID for verification purposes. Guests must be over 21 to book. No third party reservation will be allowed and removal from the premises will be initiated immediately. LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMSFOR JACUZZI, BEACH GEAR, AND PROPERTY USE This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims (the "Waiver") is made by and between the undersigned guest(s) ("Guest") and the property owner/host ("Host") of the short-term rental located at 20 Pomona Ave, Long Beach, CA ("Property"). By booking this property, Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Guest acknowledges that use of the jacuzzi, beach gear (including but not limited to chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surfboards, and other provided items), and the Property involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, sunburn, equipment failure, and personal injury. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks related to use and participation. 2. JACUZZI SAFETY GUIDELINES No children under 12 years old may use the jacuzzi without adult supervision. No diving, running, or horseplay in or around the jacuzzi. No glassware is permitted near or in the jacuzzi. Pregnant individuals, persons with heart conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs should consult a doctor before using the jacuzzi. Guest must follow all posted instructions and use caution while entering and exiting the jacuzzi. 3. BEACH GEAR USE Guest agrees to inspect all beach gear before use and notify Host immediately if any damage is found. Guest assumes full responsibility for returning beach gear in its original condition. Guest understands that the Host is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the beach gear. 4. GENERAL PROPERTY USE Guest agrees to use the Property and all its amenities responsibly. Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the Property during their stay. Host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the Property. 5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY Guest, on behalf of themselves, their guests, heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Host, property owner, and any associated agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any injury, loss, or damage sustained in connection with the use of the Property, jacuzzi, and beach gear. 6. INDEMNIFICATION Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host, property owner, and their agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from Guest’s use of the Property, jacuzzi, and beach gear. 7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE By booking this property and/or using the jacuzzi and beach gear, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Waiver.
