There are only 3 residential units in the building and yours is located between the other 2 units. The building was built in 1990 and the rooms are bright. There are curtains on the bedroom windows only to allow natural light into the living space. • This large apartment has two closed bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a dresser and a wardrobe. • The kitchen is equipped with appliances (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, pots, pans and essentials are provided so that you do not miss anything. • In the living room, you will find a three-seater sofa and a connected TV. • In the dining room, you will find a large table with 4 chairs. There are 2 additional folding chairs available in the unit, as well as the two ergonomic chairs with desks. Wall-mounted air conditioning faces the dining room table and pushes fresh air towards the 2 bedrooms and living spaces. • The unit contains a washer and dryer in a closed and private laundry room. • Bathroom with shower, entrance closet, small rear balcony in the emergency exit and free parking. Guest access • By booking this listing, you will have access to the entire apartment in complete privacy. Other things to note *STAIRCASE* Please note that our unit is located on the 2nd floor and the guest will have to climb approximately 40 indoor steps to reach the door of the unit. The unit's landing is 2 floors above the ground. There's no elevator in the building *TV* We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channels. The TV has many apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Youtube, all you need to do is log in! There is an HDMI cable at your disposal so you can connect your PC/Mac to the TV. *DOGS* We accept a maximum of 1 dog, under certain strict conditions and only with our permission. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected. Additional fees: $100 per stay. Terms and Conditions: - You must have at least 1 positive review from previous experiences; - Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs; - Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds and furniture. In case it seems impossible to prevent your dog from climbing on beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding (blanket for beds and sofas) during your stay. This precaution will help prevent or minimize costs related to additional cleaning fees. - Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance to the neighbors. - You must pick up dog excrement at all times and keep the unit clean.
