In the basement, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a full bathroom and a washer/dryer area. Outdoor gazebo with mosquito net (accessible in summer) to enjoy the evenings to the fullest. Space for outdoor fire. Beach equipped for swimming in the nearby river. Less than 10 minutes from the Matawinie National Trail and the Sept-Chutes Regional Park and surrounded by a multitude of outfitters (Pavillon Basilières Outfitters (650 m), La Barrière Outfitters (6.7 km), St-Zénon Outfitters (12 km), Domaine Bazinet (13 km), Réal Massé Outfitters (18 km). In winter, its location makes it a preferred choice for snowmobilers, close to the T63 trail.
