Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, singing bowl, yoga mat and all what you can see in the pictures. Other things to note A passport copy of all the guests is required before the booking is confirmed. Passports are required at least 24 hour before check-in order for security to let you inside the apartment. At least one guest must be 18 years of age. Its an in person check-in process so we need to know your exact time of arrival, mode of transportation and flight details so our representative can help you check-in at any time after 3pm. Check-out is anytime before 11am. Keys and access cards will be inside the apartment. Door is open. For extra cleaning during your stay, we can arrange a full cleaning of the apartment including change of bedsheets/towels and replenishing of amenities at 399 AED. Just let us know 24 hours in advance. No smoking allowed inside the apartment and no parties allowed. If evidence of smoking or party is found, there will be penalty of 2000 aed. Getting cards replaced is very challenging in this building so in case of damage or loss of access cards, a charge of 500 aed will be imposed. Luggage drop-off and storage not available. No concierge/room service available. Some noise due to constructions nearby. A refundable security deposit of AED 1,000 is required and will be collected via our secure payment link before check-in.
