Location, location, location! This unique ‘original’ Alyeska Hotel turned condo, has a style of its own. One bedroom plus loft Girdwood condo with a wood burning stove creates a cozy vibe. Located at the base of the mountain, ski in ski out, secure building between Chair 3 and 4. A two story wall of windows face the mountain and the deck off the master bedroom gives you more Mountain View’s. Enjoy the comforts of home in this top floor end unit. Convenient location for all your adventures! The space Vaulted cedar ceilings and two story cedar wall. Private upstairs master bedroom with deck. Full bathroom. Queen bed in the loft with a Mountain View. Fully stocked retro kitchen with everything you need. Open floor plan for visiting. Comfy couch and plush area rug makes for an inviting space. Lots of games, tons of dvd’s. Klipsch Bluetooth speaker for your musical needs. Watch skiers come down the mountain in the comfort of this relaxing space. Guest access Larger double sliding door closet in master bedroom on the right is the owners closet. These are off limits to guests. Please be respectful and do not access. Other things to note My minimum age requirement for children is 13 and older. The condo is on the 3rd floor (top floor) you will walk up 4 flights of stairs from the main entrance to access it. However, if you enter the building from the side door right next to the Sitzmark, up and left from the main door, that is 3 shorter flights. It is easier to carry your things up and helpful if you move more slowly. Second set of keys are in the first kitchen drawer in the glass dish. Please put them back there when you check out. Due to the Alaska ‘midnight sun’ during our summers and the mountain lights in winter, the loft lets light in as the 2 top triangle windows do not have coverings. I provide eye masks if needed.
