Guest access The yard of this building is shared with the front house, and one car can be parked in the yard and one car can be parked in the garage. Ample off street parking is available for additional vehicles .All the space and facilities in the house are completely private. Other things to note Airbnb policy prohibits gatherings and parties without permission. Smoking and any prohibited items are prohibited in the room and yard. Those found will be fined $300.
