The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property the entire stay or you will be asked to leave without a refund. ——————————————————————— TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. We also do not allow reservation date changes or postponements. Private beach access gate code will be given upon arrival. Our home is a cozy 700 sq feet - We typically recommend 4 adults max due to the size and the HOA's strict policy of one vehicle only. Other things to note The Red Tape: ▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT - Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions. ▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to student groups. ***Reservations made under false pretenses will be deemed cancelled by Guest. Access to property will be terminated and, if stay has commenced, guest will be required to vacate the property immediately. ▪️NO SMOKING - If you smoke/vape inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee. ▪️PARKING - Guests may park 1 VEHICLE ONLY directly in front of the unit or in any open spot at Sea Cabins. There is only one parking spot provided for each unit so other arrangements must be made for additional vehicles. The HOA strictly enforces the one car maximum - All other vehicles will be towed. Thank you for your understanding. **The HOA does NOT allow golf carts, trailers, RV's or boats** ▪️NOISE ORDINANCE - We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM - 8AM. ▪️NO PARTIES - Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us. ▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Permitted Occupancy is 6. Exceeding 6 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations. ▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN - We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding! ▪️NO LATE CHECK-OUT - If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. Thank you for understanding! ▪️POOL - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. ▪️SECURITY CAMERAS - A security camera is actively recording the front entry of the home. ▪️NO REFUNDS - For weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
