Casa Di Gloria is in the historic center of Perledo, close to bus stop fto Varenna train station and a public car parking, in a strategic position a stone's throw from bars, restaurants, mini markets, pharmacy, sport courts (tennis, basket, soccer). CIR: 097067-LNI-00034 CIN: IT097067C2ONEPOXQY The space Please read carefully since the house is a particular one: we have 3 floors connected by stairs: 0) the ground floor with kitchen, dining room and "backup" bathroom with laundry 1) first floor with a lounge with lake view with TV and sofa bed which serves as second bed in case or 3 or 4 guests, and the main bathroom with shower 2) second floor with breathtaking view, double bed and balcony on the back for relaxing with mountain view. Then you have the external garden at the entrance for breakfast, aperitifs and relaxation. Casa Di Gloria is a zero impact house, with completely electric heating, domestic water and kitchen with heat pump from 100% renewable energy. Important: 1) Perledo is not Varenna! so please consider that you are 3km away from Varenna train station by Main Street or 1km of path with uphill steps, yes there are bus connection but not so frequent and not all days 2) The three floors are connected by internal stairs, so take this into account in case of elderly people or people with difficulties 3) air conditioning is available only on the third floor in the master bedroom Guest access You will have the full house for you. Other things to note Important: AirBnB allows to include in the price the "city tax". We decided to include it so that you have no longer to pay it during your stay.
