Other things to note • Must be 23+ to book! • Check-in is self-service – You’ll receive detailed instructions prior to arrival. • Smart TVs are provided in both the bedroom and living room — just log in with your own streaming accounts. • Linens and towels are provided, but we recommend bringing extras for longer stays or beach use. • Starter supplies of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are included — guests may need to purchase additional items during extended stays. • No daily housekeeping is included, but the unit will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. • Washer and dryer are available in the resort (not inside the unit). • This is a privately owned unit within Sea Watch Resort — You will have full access to all resort amenities but the front desk does not service our unit. • Free parking is available in the resort’s designated garage. • Quiet hours and resort rules must be respected to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
